BCC Baseball's Staff Professionals
Todd Benke
Todd Benke has worked for BCC Baseball as a coach and instructor
for the past two years. A graduate of Walt Whitman HS, Todd played in
the Maryland Crown All-Star
Game and for Team Maryland, before
continuing his career at the United States Naval Academy. As a four-year starter at 3B/SS, multiple all-conference and all-region
selections landed him
in the school's Athletic Hall of Fame. He still stands on the top ten lists for
49 season and career offensive categories. Todd has coached at the youth,
high school, and collegiate levels, and is currently the Head JV coach
at Georgetown Prep.
Todd holds a Master's Degree in History from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the Naval Academy.
David Chroniger
David Chroniger has been a BCC coach and camp instructor for six years.
He was listed as a Blue Chip prospect, and as a finialist for the State of Pennsylvania's player of the year in 2000. As the starting catcher for Coastal Carolina University, David still holds the record for highest fielding percentage.
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion
from Coastal Carolina University
Steve Chroniger
BCC Baseball’s Steve Chroniger brings twelve years experience directing youth baseball camps and clinics. He was a member of the Florida Southern College baseball team, the only ten-time National Championship team in all of college baseball. He is professionally affiliated with The Mid-Atlantic Rookies and The Baseball Factory. Coach Chroniger travels the East coast scouting future talent for both organizations, which place high school athletes into college baseball programs or professional baseball organizations.
Steve holds a degree in elementary education and has seven years teaching experience in both public and private schools.
 
Lesson Rates:
1 Player - $100/hour
2 Players - $150/hour, or $75/player
3 Players - $180/hour, or $60/player
4 Players - $200/hour, or $50/player
5 Players - $200/hour, or $40/player
6 Players - $210/hour, or $35/player
Multiple player lessons are suggested. Players often learn the most when working in a group setting, as they are able to learn from each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
