BCC BaseballNovember/December Clinics - Pitching and Hitting for the Rec Player

Get your player out of the house, work on baseball skills and have some fun in a BCC Baseball indoor clinic. Players will be taught in a small group setting and will receive personalized instruction. Clinics are limited to 12 participants. Coach to player ratio will be 1 to 6. Sessions will be conducted by BCC travel team professional coaches.

Throwing Mechanics and Pitching Program

Learning the proper mechanics of pitching is critical for injury prevention and success. To be an effective pitcher, your throwing mechanics must be on point first. In this clinic our pitching coaches will focus on getting your throwing mechanics up to speed with the goal of each player starting on their journey to become a capable pitcher. Our small group clinics are designed to provide instruction for first time and intermediate pitchers. Professional pitching coaches will provide individual attention and instant feedback to participants. Limited to 12 players.

Dates: Mondays 11/6, 11/13, 11/27, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18

Ages 9/10 – 5:30-6:30pm

Ages 11/12 – 6:45-7:45pm

Hitting Program

In this six-week clinic, players will develop proper hitting mechanics and focus on fundamentals such as stance, proper load and attacking the ball.

Dates: Sundays 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, 12/3, 12/10, 12/17

Ages 9/10 - 2:45-3:45pm

Ages 11/12 - 4:00-5:00pm
