BCC Baseball
January/February Indoor Clinics
It’s never too soon to start preparing for high school baseball. BCC Baseball is offering January and February pre-season workouts. These clinics are open to players in 8th-12th grade.
There will be a total of 8 – 1 ½ hour sessions The emphasis of the workouts will be to warm up for the upcoming season. This is a great way to prepare for High School tryouts and other team practices that will begin in March.
These workouts will be staffed by BCC Baseball professional coaches with high school and college coaching experience. Maximum number of players for each session will be 25.
Location: BCC Baseball Indoor Facility (40A Southlawn Court Rockville, Maryland)
Masks will be required per the Montgomery County mandate. If there are changes in protocols, we will provide updates
Emphasis on:
Infield / Outfield Fielding & Throwing Drills
Improve hand/eye coordination along with footwork
Batting Cage / Hitting Drills
Wednesdays 1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/9, 2/16, 2/23

Fridays 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 1/28, 2/4, 2/11, 2/18, 2/25
5:30-7:00pm
